The “Chiu Chuk-Kai Tai Chi Praying Mantis International Association” is a collective entity and each member shares the responsibility. The board of directors is the highest governing body. Important decisions will be reached by voting.

The directors of the board will serve a two years term. An election will be held at the end of the term. All directors must be elected prior to an appointment to a position.
